Morris Weinberg, President, The WineMountain Group, has worked in the real estate business as an owner, operator and manager for over 25 years. Based in New York, The WineMountain Group has holdings located primarily in the greater tri-state area of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, as well as Pennsylvania. The company also has investment interest in properties throughout Southeastern U.S. including Florida.

Mr. Weinberg oversees all aspects of acquisition, disposition, and property analysis for The WineMountain Group. Since the firm’s founding in 1998, Mr. Weinberg has led the acquisition, renovation and disposition of more than 500 Multi-Family assets. The WineMountain Group currently has approximately 4,000 Multi-Family units in its portfolio.
