At Brown Realty, he personally was involved in the sale of over 75,000 units and over $4 Billion in volume. His responsibilities span the entire lifecycle of a Multi-Family transaction with an emphasis on customer service. Taylor has an in-depth understanding of financial underwriting, past and current market conditions, markets and submarkets located in the Southeastern United States, and negotiation and execution of purchase and sale agreements.
