Tal Frydman is an Executive Managing Director with Newmark’s Multi-Family Capital Markets group. Based in the firm’s Boca Raton office, Mr. Frydman brings to his position more than 20 years of real estate experience. He and his team manage the disposition of Multi-Family properties throughout South Florida as part of the firm’s statewide middle markets platform, which focuses on non-institutional, typically B- and C-class properties located in all markets as well as all Multi-Family properties located in secondary and tertiary markets.
Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Frydman was a Senior Director at Berkadia, where he launched the firm’s investment sales division for South Florida. Prior to Berkadia, Mr. Frydman was a First Vice President for 16 years with Marcus & Millichap. Mr. Frydman has been recognized by numerous industry publications and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. His professional achievements include numerous Chairman’s Club and National Achievement awards and multiple CoStar Power Broker Awards. He is a
licensed Florida real estate Broker.
Mr. Frydman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Communications from East Carolina University, which he attended on a tennis scholarship. Mr. Frydman is an active member of the Broward and Palm Beach County Jewish Federation.
